【Application Areas and Characteristics】
This series of liquid phenolic resin is mainly used in refractory materials such as iron trenching materials (non-baked ramming materials).
This product has the advantages of high carbon content, resistance to erosion, convenient construction, and long one-time iron curing cycle. The modified phenolic resin specially produced by our company for iron hook materials is an excellent binder for non-baked iron trenching materials, with good mixing properties, capable of quickly soaking in aggregates and fine powders, forming a strong bond, and enabling iron trenching materials to have high strength and resist the erosion and scouring of high-temperature slag and iron melt.
【User Guide】
When this product is mixed with refractory aggregates, it can produce the plasticity required for tamping construction. When using this product as a binder, an appropriate amount of ethylene glycol can be added as needed to adjust the plasticity and moisture retention of the product.
【Notes】
This series of liquid thermosetting resins will have an increased viscosity as the storage time extends. It is recommended to store at low temperatures. During operation, protective equipment must be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin.
【Packaging and Storage】
It is generally packed in 250-kilogram iron drums. It is recommended to store it at a temperature below 20°C. For summer, it can be stored for one month; for winter, it can be stored for three months.
